There is no such thing as a “Dumebi Kachikwu faction” or a “David Mark-led faction” of the ADC. I am a member of the ADC National Executive Committee and serve as Chairman of the Abia State chapter. There is a deliberate attempt to mislead Nigerians. The truth is that the David Mark-led group is concealing a judgment by Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court, which ruled that the NWC under David Mark is legally encumbered.
