Part 1 of introducing food from my country and around the world
LL fam, this is the world's best dumplings, Momo!!! (Okay,,, I'm being biased here)
Momo is loved in Nepal and the Himalayan region. It’s made by wrapping soft dough around a tasty filling, usually minced meat, vegetables, or paneer (Indian cottage cheese). There are different types of momo that make it even more interesting. The most common is steamed momo, which is soft and juicy. Then there are deep fried momos, which are crispy on the outside. Jhol momos are served in a spicy, flavorful soup-like sauce. Kothey momos are half-steamed and half-fried for the best of both textures. And there's chilly Momo, mixed with fried bell peppers and chilly.
Momo tastes soft and juicy with a nice savory filling that’s lightly spiced but really comforting. By itself it’s pretty mild, but the moment you dip it in spicy chutney or chili sauce, it just hits different. Hot, tangy, and full of flavor in every bite.

PS. These photos I took aren't the best. Cause when you bring momo infront of me, I dont think about taking good pictures. I think about devouring them!!
