Global superstar Chris Brown has received an honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Visual & Performing Arts from Harvest Christian University on May 23, 2026.

The honorary doctorate was awarded in recognition of Brown’s nearly 20-year impact on global music, dance, choreography, and live entertainment.

In addition to the doctorate, he also received the prestigious President’s Lifetime Achievement Award medal, recognizing his continued contributions to the creative arts and entertainment space.
