Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, opposition parties, independent candidates, courts, efcc, army, military, police, dss 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concern about the state of security, governance, and democratic processes in Nigeria. 240 million Nigerians intention is not to insult or provoke, but to convey the frustration and fear felt by 240 million Nigerians who simply want a safe, stable, and accountable country.

240 million Nigerians are struggling to understand why Nigerian troops were deployed to the Republic of Benin to support their democratic transition while insecurity continues to threaten the lives of millions of Nigerians at home. Since 1999, Nigerians have endured persistent violence, kidnappings, and instability. Today, in 2026, our children cannot safely attend school, and countless farmers cannot return to their farms. Food security continues to decline, and communities live in fear.

It is difficult for 240 million Nigerians to reconcile these realities with the government’s decision to commit resources to another country’s democratic process while our own remains fragile. Nigerians expect the same level of urgency and protection within our borders.

There is also growing frustration regarding the continued use of manual vote counting despite the significant funds reportedly allocated for electoral technology and reforms. Nigerians want transparency, efficiency, and trust in the electoral system. They want to know where these funds have gone and why the promised improvements have not materialized.

Additionally, 240 million are concerned about corruption, the lack of accountability for public officials, and the continued participation of individuals with unresolved corruption cases in government. Nigerians want to see meaningful action: recovery of stolen funds, prosecution of corrupt officials, and reforms that strengthen institutions such as the EFCC and the judiciary.

Your administration also made commitments regarding improved free electricity supply and free data access in the 36 states 774 LGA. Yet, Nigerians continue to pay high costs for unreliable services. These unfulfilled promises contribute to a growing sense of distrust.

Finally, the ongoing threat of boko haram and other extremist groups continues to devastate communities. 240 million Nigerians are demanding for a comprehensive, long-term solution that addresses both the symptoms and the root causes of terrorism.

Your Excellency, Nigerians are not asking for perfection. They are asking for safety, accountability, transparency, and leadership that prioritizes the well-being of the 240 million Nigerians who call this country home.

We urge you and the Nigerian Armed Forces to focus on protecting 240 million Nigerians, strengthening our democracy, and restoring public trust. If these issues remain unaddressed, Nigerians fear that external actors the USA, UK 195 countries will eventually intervene in ways that undermine our sovereignty.

Nigeria deserves better, and we hope your administration will take decisive action now 5/25/2026. No lies/no slogans this is a humble request
