Month 1–2: Ecctis equivalency assessment submitted and returned. English language test booked if not already held.

Month 2–3: NMC online application submitted with all supporting documents. CBT preparation begins.

Month 3–4: CBT completed — pass rate improves significantly with structured preparation using the NMC Mindset framework.

Month 4–6: NMC document verification in progress. OSCE preparation underway. NHS job search begins — targeting Trusts with active Band 5 vacancies and confirmed CoS capacity.

Month 5–7: OSCE completed in the UK — no international travel required. NMC Decision Letter issued.
