My fellow Nigerians, insecurity is a challenge that affects us all regardless of tribe, religion, or political party. The safety of our families, communities, and future depends on our collective effort. Government alone cannot fight insecurity without the support and cooperation of the people.
We must learn to speak up when we see suspicious activities, provide useful information to security agencies, and avoid protecting criminals because of personal relationships, tribal sentiments, or political interests. Peace can only return when citizens and the government work hand in hand.
Let us also encourage our youths to embrace lawful means of livelihood and reject violence, crime, cultism, kidnapping, and terrorism. Community leaders, religious leaders, parents, and citizens all have a role to play in promoting unity and peace.
Nigeria belongs to all of us. Supporting efforts to end insecurity is not about politics; it is about protecting lives, securing our future, and building a better nation for the next generation. Together, we can overcome insecurity and make Nigeria a safer place for everyone.
