Pandemonium broke out on Monday at the National Headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Abuja as thugs allegedly hired by yet-to-be-identified persons attacked Ugbarajo Itsekiri youths protesting against what they described as the unjust delineation of the Warri Federal Constituency in Delta State.
