Your Excellencies Esteemed President Tinubu, Leaders of Opposition Parties, Independent Candidates, EFCC Leadership, and Members of the Courts & Judiciary, 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concern about the Nigerian Navy vessel that began construction in 2010 and remains incomplete in 2026. A 16-year construction timeline for a single naval vessel is abnormal by every global standard. Nigerians deserve clarity, accountability, and decisive action.

The public has a right to know how much money has been invested in this project, how those funds were allocated, and why the vessel remains unfinished. If funds were mismanaged, diverted, or stolen, they must be recovered in full. Those responsible must face justice without exception.

Respectfully no individual—regardless of political office, party affiliation, or influence—should be above the law. Anyone found to have stolen public funds should be prosecuted, have their passports seized, and have their assets frozen pending investigation. This includes politicians currently in office or seeking new appointments.

If Nigerian institutions fail to act, the international community will. The United States, the United Kingdom, and other 195 nations already track illicit financial flows and the foreign assets of politically exposed persons. They are aware when stolen Nigerian funds are moved abroad or used to support families living overseas. It is in Nigeria’s best interest to address corruption internally before external jurisdictions intervene.

Corruption is not a victimless crime. It fuels insecurity, weakens our military, undermines our economy, and contributes to the root causes of boko haram and other extremist movements. When funds meant for security, education, and agriculture are stolen, our children lose access to safe schools, and our farmers are driven from their land. Nigeria cannot achieve food security or national stability without confronting corruption at its source.

We urge the Presidency, the EFCC, the courts, and all political leaders to take decisive action. Nigerians are demanding transparency, justice, and accountability. The future of our nation depends on it now 5/24/2026 this is a humble request
