Respectfully Nigeria’s youth population is extremely large, and available data gives us a clear picture of both how many youths exist and how many graduates enter the labor market each year.
How many Nigerian youths are there. The most recent grounded figures show:

Nigeria’s total population is over 240 million Nigerians

More than 60% of Nigerians are under age 30.
That means over 120 million youths using 240M × 60%

Another source shows the 2025 population at 237.5 million, with a median age of 19.2 years, confirming Nigeria’s very young population structure. Using this population, the youth estimate (under 30) would be ~142–150 million (inferred from the same 60% ratio).

How many graduates are in Nigeria. The most reliable available statistic states:

About 1.7 million graduates enter the labor market every year in Nigeria.

This number includes university, polytechnic, and NCE graduates.

depending on whether you use the 200M or 237M population estimate.

New graduates per year: ~1.7 million
