The National Working Committee Is The Only Entity Authorized To Manage APC’s Primaries — Morka

When the NWC creates the primaries committee, they’re given the authority to go out and conduct primaries on behalf of the NWC. Their duty is to report to the NWC with their assessments, reports and whatever documents from the field. It is then the duty of the NWC to review these reports and adopt them as the outcome of the primaries.
