INEC Is Not Independent Of The Laws And Constitution Of Nigeria — Osaze-Uzzi

Elections are rule base so we follow the rules. What has the constitution said? If the constitution has made a pronouncement about a specific thing, then nobody else or law, not the National Assembly or INEC can go contrary to what the constitution has said because the constitution is supreme.
