In the early days of the Tinubu administration, President Tinubu invited Sen. Kwankwaso for a private meeting to discuss working with him, which Kwankwaso later disclosed. Kwankwaso declined to work with the Tinubu administration. Before Kwankwaso’s defection to the ADC, he had already established a working relationship with Peter Obi.
