Your Excellencies, Esteemed President Tinubu, Opposition parties, independent candidates Nigerian Leaders and Institutions, Courts, Judiciary, Military, Airforce, police, efcc , dss 240 million Nigerians are
writing out of deep concern for the state of our nation and the suffering of millions of Nigerians whose voices continue to go unheard. No country is perfect among the 195 nations in the world, and no African nation is without challenges, but Nigeria holds a unique responsibility. With 54 countries on the African continent looking toward us for leadership, stability, and direction, we cannot continue on this path of neglect, insecurity, and political theatrics.
Every day, since 1999 Nigerians are killed by boko haram and other violent groups. 240 million Nigerian families flee their homes to avoid being slaughtered daily. Nigerian children cannot attend school. Farmers cannot return to their land. Yet our political class continues to prioritize television interviews, campaign promises, and photo opportunities over the urgent need to protect 240 million Nigerian lives.
It is painful to watch leaders enjoy free electricity, free data, renovated residences, and full security while 240 million Nigerians live in poverty, darkness, and fear. The message this sends is clear respectfully if the political class does not value the lives of 240 million Nigerians kindly go away and do not come back if you cannot stop the killings in 2026 you will never do anything in 2027
Promises made in 2022 and 2023 about free electricity, free Wi-Fi, and improved security have not been fulfilled lies/slogans. Nigerians are still paying high electricity bills, still living in insecurity, and still waiting for the basic dignity every 240 million Nigerians deserves. Opposition parties and independent candidates continue to repeat the same promises we have heard for decades, offering 100-day miracles and four-year transformations that never materialize.
Meanwhile, funds recovered by EFCC, NDLEA, DSS, and other agencies remain unaccounted for. Why are these resources not being used to pay off Nigerian debt, build hospitals, invest in agriculture, and restore the livelihoods of 240million Nigerians? Why do we still lack free hospitals across the 36 states and 774 LGAs, especially in the face of outbreaks like Ebola and Hantavirus?
Nigeria cannot continue like this. If leaders cannot stop the killings in 2026, they will not stop them in 2027. If they cannot address the root causes of terrorism now, they will not do so after another election cycle in 2027 that will be usual lies/slogans
The world is watching Nigerian leaders, and the courts for decades do the needful this is a humble request. Africa is watching. Most importantly, 240 million Nigerians are watching—and suffering in hardship, poverty & darkness
This is a call for accountability, compassion, empathy and decisive action. Nigeria must rise to its responsibility. Our leaders must put the lives of 240 million Nigerians above politics, above personal comfort, and above empty promises, lies/slogans
