It is shocking that INEC cannot simply interpret the laws of the land. This epitomises a disingenuous intent by INEC headed by a renowned professor
of law, to derail the wishes of
the majority of the people by deliberately misinterpreting the statute:
1. Statusquo ante bellum
2. Interpretation of electoral Act 2026 s.32 pertaining to the power of INEC to make regulations and set time tables, which must be within the provisions of the statute.
Is it not clear that Amupitan means no good? Res ipso loquitur.
