To match China’s rail game, Nigeria would need Nigerians trained in:

Rolling stock: trains, braking systems, signaling

Operations: dispatch, control centers, safety systems

Maintenance: tracks, power, trains, stations

Digital systems: ticketing, apps, data, AI scheduling
