We reward noise more than usefulness

In Nigeria, noise travels faster than usefulness.
The loud man gets attention.
The connected man gets access.
The showman gets praise.
Meanwhile the person quietly keeping things alive is ignored.
But what is visible is not always valuable.
A nation rises when contribution starts beating performance.
