Commissioning is not development

Cutting tape is not progress.
Posting pictures is not delivery.
Big banner is not transformation.
Development is when the thing works properly, keeps working, and people can depend on it without prayer points.
Nigeria has too many unveilings.
Too few durable outcomes.
