I have built a Microsoft Teams alternative. Its a desktop App for Mac and Windows, ties into the messaging and telephony we have on web and mobile apps. It came about as we werent too happy with Teams internally and we are getting immediate feedback as the team is now using our own desktop app. You can also go live on it too if you are inclined too. Actually rather impressed with it, even if I say so myself.
