It's amusing isn't it seeing the relatively well-off sweat it out in very expensive gyms on Saturday mornings to burn off excess fat after weeklong sedentary life in posh offices and homes, complete with tons of junkie food and drinks.
Those of us down the ladder have no such worries as our exercises are inbuilt in our daily routines of trekking long distances to our farmlands, pushing our trucks or working as artisans at construction sites.
So while you're wondering how you've been losing the battle to rid yourself of those stubborn bulges and tyres we're always as fit and athletic, even wiry, as a Kenyan or Ethiopian runner! ππ€£

This world is not balance at all, as some make it a routine to exercise and burn off fat to keep fit, otherwise are on a eating spree to gain flesh and look well in clothes. What a world.
