Alone vs. Lonely — There's a Difference
Being alone and being lonely are not the same thing.
Being alone is a choice — and a powerful one. It's that quiet moment when you put down your phone, sit with your thoughts, and just breathe.
Some of the best ideas, dreams, and self-discoveries happen in solitude. It recharges you. It helps you understand who you really are, independent of everyone's opinions.
Being lonely, however, is an emotion — a feeling that you're disconnected, unseen, or unloved. It can creep in even in a crowded room.
