Central Bank Has Done A Strong Job In Reducing Inflation From 29.9% To 15.69% - Amase

The decline in inflation is not as strong as the figures suggest, as part of it reflects methodological adjustments. In reality, inflation is not falling quickly in Nigeria because it is driven largely by structural factors, poor infrastructure, high energy and logistics costs, and insecurity affecting supply chains. As long as these issues persist, the conditions needed for a sustained drop in inflation remain limited.
