Your Excellencies Nigerian government, Opposition parties, independent candidates. 240 million Nigerians are writing as a concerned Nigerian who believes deeply in accountability, transparency, and the urgent need to rebuild our nation from the ground up. The recent NDLEA operation that seized 2,419.48 kg of methamphetamine and precursor chemicals—valued at approximately $362.9M–$363M (about ₦480 billion)—is a major national event. It is also a moment that demands clear, public action.

Nigerians need to see where this money goes. We need full transparency on how seized assets are handled, invested, and accounted for. For decades, Nigerians have watched drug money, corruption proceeds, and recovered funds disappear without any visible impact on the lives of 240 million Nigerians. This must not happen again.

We respectfully urge your administration to:

Ensure that all seized funds and assets from this NDLEA operation are transparently documented and publicly uploaded for Nigerians to see on the LekeeLekee app

Direct these funds toward large-scale farming and agricultural development so that 240 million Nigeria can become food-sufficient and reduce poverty.

Use part of the funds to address the root causes of insecurity, including boko haram, by investing in education, job creation, and rural development.

Strengthen EFCC, the courts, and independent oversight bodies to ensure that seized funds are not diverted.

Provide public video evidence of the destruction of seized drugs to build trust and prevent fears of re-circulation into communities in the 36 states 774 LGA

Deliver on long-promised infrastructure such as stable free electricity and free internet access.

Nigerians do not need photo opportunities; we need proof of action. We need to see the NDLEA, EFCC, and all relevant agencies working transparently and collaboratively. We need to see seized funds reinvested into 240 million Nigerians—especially into agriculture, education, and national security.

The world is watching, and so are 240 million Nigerians who want to see their country rise again.
