Your Excellencies, Esteemed Desmond Elliot, Nigerian Politicians, Opposition Parties, Independent Candidates, and Public Office Holders,
240 million Nigerians are writing to express the deep frustration felt by millions of Nigerians who continue to live in hardship, poverty, insecurity, and darkness while those elected to serve them appear disconnected from our suffering.

For decades, Nigerians have been promised solutions to the root causes of boko haram, unemployment, poverty, and the collapse of essential services. Yet these promises remain unfulfilled. 240 million Nigerians continue to suffer while politicians' debate, campaign, and seek re-election very shameful no disrespect the global world feels the same way they see these daily that is why investors refuse to come to Nigerian when Nigerian is safe investors will come on their own

Nigerians are tired of leaders who remember 240 million Nigerians only during political crises or election seasons. We are tired of hearing that we are lazy while jobs are not created, infrastructure is broken, and our tax money is mismanaged for decades

We pay your salaries. We entrusted you with power. We expect you to work for the 240 million Nigerians who deserve safety, dignity, and opportunity.

No Nigerian should be killed, arrested, or silenced for peaceful protest or free speech. The world is watching. History has shown that tyrants do not last forever. We come into this world with nothing and we leave with nothing. What remains is the legacy of how we treat others.

We demand:

Real action to fix the root causes of boko haram so Nigerians can return to their farms, homes, and schools.

Jobs and economic opportunities for youths and graduates.

Reliable free electricity, affordable free internet, and access to free education, housing, and healthcare.

An end to corruption and the recovery of stolen public funds.

Collaboration among government, opposition, and independent leaders to stop the killings and insecurity now5/21/2026—not in 2027.

If any leader is not serious about delivering these basic responsibilities, then they should step aside respectfully. Nigerians deserve leaders who are committed to service, not empty promises.

This message is not about politics—it is about humanity, accountability, and the future of our nation and the future of our children and grandchildren
