Your Excellencies, Opposition parties, independent candidates, Courts, EFCC Immediate National Action Required: End Manual Vote Counting, Ensure Transparency, and Modernize Nigeria’s Infrastructure Now 5/20/2026 respectfully

Your Excellencies, Esteemed President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, INEC leadership, opposition parties, independent candidates, the National Assembly, and the Ministry of Power, 240 million Nigerians are
writing as a deeply concerned Nigerians who believes our country cannot continue on its current path. It is unacceptable that in 2026, Nigeria is still manually counting election results across 36 states and 774 LGAs. Funds were allocated for electronic transmission, yet the infrastructure remains incomplete. Nigerians deserve full transparency:

Where is the money allocated for real‑time transmission

Why is the system still not operational

Who is responsible for the delays

The credibility of our elections depends on transparency, technology, and accountability. Manual counting creates unnecessary doubt and undermines public trust. Real‑time electronic transmission is not a luxury — it is a requirement for a modern democracy. If any portion of the allocated funds was diverted, the EFCC and the courts must recover it immediately. Anyone responsible for mismanagement or misappropriation must face justice. Accountability is not optional.

The global community has watched Nigeria’s electoral challenges for decades. Our leaders must understand that the world expects progress, not repetition of old failures. If those entrusted with public funds refuse to ensure transparency, digital modernization, and proper use of taxpayer resources, then international partners will inevitably scrutinize these failures. Nigerian politicians have families abroad; no 195 countries will ignore corruption that affects 240 million Nigerians respectfully this is a humble request. No country is perfect Nigerian government can do better kindly do the needful

The same urgency applies to the power sector. Nigerians have paid electricity bills for decades, yet we still lack stable power, free public Wi‑Fi/data, and the solar infrastructure that our abundant sunlight makes possible. The national grid continues to fail despite enormous spending. If the grid cannot deliver, then it is time to transition aggressively to solar and decentralized energy solutions. We cannot keep wasting the time, potential, and dignity of 240 millions of Nigerians.

Nigeria must modernize now 5/20/206 We need and demand

Transparent, real‑time electronic transmission of election results

Full public accounting of all funds allocated to INEC

Recovery of any diverted funds and prosecution of those responsible

A national shift toward solar energy and reliable power

Public access to affordable or free data/Wi‑Fi

Leadership that prioritizes 240 million Nigerian life`s over politics

If those in office cannot deliver these essential reforms, they should step aside for those who can. Nigeria’s future depends on decisive action, transparency, and modernization.
