Quinta Brunson, “Abbott Elementary” creator and Emmy winner, is set to develop and star in a feature film adaptation of Betty Boop, produced by her company Fifth Chance Productions and Fleschier Studios.

The film will trace the origin and evolution of Betty Boop, the nearly century-old animated icon, through the perspective of her creator, Max Fleischer.
