Your Excellencies, Nigerian government, opposition parties' independent candidates. 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep frustration and concern on behalf of millions of Nigerians who continue to suffer from the same problems that have been discussed for decades without meaningful action. We are currently in hospitals where patients and staff are unable to complete essential tasks because the network has failed in the 36 states 774LGA. The number of Nigerians waiting for basic connectivity is heartbreaking and unacceptable in 2026. lf you leaders cannot fix the root causes of boko haram now 5/20/206 create jobs for our youths and graduates in 2026; give 240 million Nigerians free light and free wifi/data you will never do anything in 2027 that will be lies/ fake slogans 240 million Nigerians have heard for decades we are tired of corrupt politicians stealing our tax money meant to building free hospitals, schools, housing investing in farming/ agriculture to make 240 Nigerians food sufficient kindly stop sharing rice/beans
For decades, Nigerians were promised free electricity and free Wi-Fi/data across all 36 states and 774 local government areas. These promises have not been fulfilled. Instead, Nigerians continue to struggle with unreliable power, poor internet access, and a lack of basic infrastructure.
It is painful to watch politicians spend time on TV interviews discussing political opponents instead of addressing the real issues affecting 240 million Nigerians. Many former officials have been implicated in corruption, including those responsible for managing power sector funds. Yet 240 million Nigerians continue to pay the price in poverty and darkness
Respectfully 240 million Nigerians need:
Free reliable electricity across all the 36 states and 774 LGAs
Free or affordable Wi-Fi/data to support education, healthcare, and business
Investment in agriculture to ensure food security and job creation
Functional hospitals, schools, and housing
Serious action against corruption, not empty statements
The root causes of insecurity, including boko haram, cannot be solved without addressing poverty, unemployment, and lack of infrastructure. If leaders are not ready to fix these issues, then they should step aside for those who are willing to work with all due respect this is a humble request
The world is watching.240 million Nigerians are watching. We demand accountability, transparency, and real progress.
Kindly take urgent action to address these long-standing issues. 240 million Nigerians deserve better.
