Yesterday, through the Pad-A-Drive Project, we visited Cornerstone Orphanage in Bauchi to speak with the girls about menstrual hygiene, period poverty, and self-care ๐ค
At first, I was honestly nervous. But once the conversation started and the girls began asking questions, I realized how important these conversations truly are.
So many young girls are still growing up without proper access to menstrual products and education, and sometimes all it takes is one safe conversation to make a difference.
We may not have done everything, but we showed up โ and that matters ๐
Thank you to everyone who supported, donated, reposted, encouraged, and believed in this outreach. Because of you, we were able to reach these girls with care, dignity, and support.
This is only the beginning ๐ค
