Your Excellencies, Esteemed Nigerian Government, Opposition parties, independent candidates and Security Leadership, 240 million Nigerians are
writing out of deep concern for the continued insecurity affecting millions of Nigerians. While recent interceptions of arms couriers and recovery of ammunition in Taraba State are commendable, these photo opportunities do not address the root causes of violent extremism, including boko haram, which has caused immense suffering and loss of life of 240 million Nigerians

For decades, Nigerians have excelled globally in education, sports, and music. The world respects Nigerians, but it also recognizes that our nation has been held back by corruption, insecurity, and unfulfilled promises by leaders. The time has come for decisive, structural action.

If the government is serious about ending insecurity, the following steps must be prioritized:

Ensure that all 240 million Nigerians can safely return to farming and food production now 5/19/2026

Deploy military, police, air force, drones, and CCTV surveillance across all 36 states and 774 LGAs now no lies, no slogans

Guarantee that children can attend school without fear.

Provide the free electricity and free Wi-Fi/data that have been promised for decades.

Build free housing, quality education, and accessible healthcare in every 36 state and 774 LGA.

Nigeria has vast land and enormous potential. If 240 million Nigerians can farm safely, attend school, and report crimes freely using mobile technology, the nation will thrive for generations. Security is the foundation of prosperity. No country is perfect, but Nigeria can and must do better respectfully

We are tired of slogans and promises about making Nigerians youths millionaires in 2027 meanwhile we are living in poverty and darkness in 2026 make that make sense respectfully. True progress begins with safety, food security, and trust. When Nigerians can farm without fear and children can attend school for decades to come, then we will believe that the government is truly committed to change and cares about Nigerian life`s

We urge you to take bold, lasting action to secure our nation and restore confidence in Nigeria’s future and for the sake of our children and grandchildren
