We use them every month… but we rarely ask where they go after.

A single sanitary pad can take hundreds of years to decompose not because it’s just cotton, but because it contains plastic and synthetic materials designed to absorb fluid.

Now think about this:
The average person uses thousands of pads in a lifetime.

That means long after we’re gone… these products are still here.

This is not about shame or guilt.
For many girls and women, disposable pads are the most accessible and affordable option.

But it raises an important question:
