What a great sight! A big water monitor casually passed by as I was chilling by the hotel pool.

I thought they were called Komodo dragons.. but a fun fact that I learned recently: Komodo dragons are found only in the Komodo islands of Indonesia. What I encountered could have not been a Komodo dragon cause I'm in Thailand 🤦‍♀️
