Man cruelty to man.
I was on a site yesterday and beside is a completed building. I heard the barking of dogs. I have dogs. I need dog. I peeped to see the breed They are GS. But very malnourished. I asked the artisan the story behind the house.
The owner of the house had relocated abroad. He gave one of the floaters in the community the house to live FOC. He was sending money for maintenance and feeding of his dogs. So? The tenant said he chose between feeding his family and dogs. Not fair
