This FHC judge should've stated she wasn't granting El-Rufai bail. Otherwise how does one explain asking for a N100m bail bond and insisting the surety must be a civil servant living in upscale Maitama or Asokoro and must deposit the original copy of the C of O of a landed property?
The civil servant who's able to meet this conditions must immediately be a subject of interest for the EFCC!🤓

AOJ: While I have always been opposed to these stringent bail conditions, this has always been the practice in any division of the Federal High Court or the FCT High Court. It's really not about El-Rufai. He will perfect the bail. He has and can find the means.
