I reviewed an application from a Physiotherapist with 10 years of clinical experience.

The HCPC rejected it in 8 weeks.

Her transcripts were perfect. Her competency mapping was invisible.

This is the mistake I see most often from international Physios.

The HCPC is not reading your grades. They are asking one question: DOES THIS PERSON'S TRAINING MEET OUR 15 STANDARDS OF PROFICIENCY — AND CAN THEY PROVE IT?

Uploading your transcripts without mapping them to UK standards is like handing someone a CV in a language they don't speak.

The experience is real. But if it's not translated into NHS termS.

If phrases like "Evidence-Based Practice," "Scope of Practice," and "Legal and Ethical Boundaries" don't appear explicitly in your submission — the assessor has no framework to say yes.

This is the first thing I fix with every AHP client I work with.

We don't just submit documents. We build a competency map that makes the HCPC's decision easy.

Your experience qualifies you. Your application needs to prove it.
