Former Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan is set to undergo screening by a faction of the Peoples Democratic Party ahead of the 2027 presidential election, emerging as the party’s sole presidential aspirant.
The faction, led by Tanimu Turaki, reportedly fixed Tuesday for the screening exercise as part of its preparations for the 2027 general elections.
