Today’s Political Process Cannot Logically Guarantee Good Governance - Amadi
This does not mean that good governance cannot emerge from time to time, but the process itself is flawed and often lacks structure or sequence. There is nothing consistently orderly about it. What is needed is a sense of realism: democracy, as an ideal, requires a gradual and structured process of democratization that starts with getting the basics right. It may take time, but the foundation must be solid. If political parties are stable, then it becomes possible to clearly identify and even predict who the delegates are.
