This is unacceptable. Raiding a hospital and firing tear gas inside a medical facility puts patients, doctors, and vulnerable people at extreme risk. Hospitals are supposed to be protected spaces where lives are saved, not endangered. If EFCC operatives carried out an operation that led to a patient’s death in Uyo Medical Hospital, it needs to be investigated immediately and those responsible held accountable. There are better ways to carry out arrests without turning a hospital into a danger zone.My condolences to the family of the deceased. The right to life and the sanctity of medical care must be respected.
