#Nollywood legend Linda Ejiofor revealed that she once battled severe professional anxiety, fearing that her acting career had hit a definitive standstill three years before her historic double win at the 2026 #AMVCA, where she won the Best Lead Actress award for her role in "The Serpent’s Gift" and the Best Supporting Actress for her performance in "The Herd".

“Three years ago, I thought my career was stagnant and not going anywhere, and I asked God for something, anything. And He gave me two beautiful stories,” she stated in an interview with Nollywire, conducted by her husband and fellow actor, Ibrahim Suleiman.

“I am so grateful to God, grateful to my husband because he stood by me through this. He told me that I did well in both movies. To be honest, I didn’t believe him,” Ejiofor added.
