Your Excellencies, Opposition parties, independent candidates. 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep frustration and concern about the ongoing killings and insecurity that Nigerians have endured from 1999 to 2026. 240 million Nigerians feel that political leaders, opposition parties, and independent candidates have not taken decisive action to address the root causes of violence, including boko haram and other forms of insecurity.
Nigerians are tired of hearing repeated promises for decades, slogans, and assurances that do not translate into meaningful change. Claims of being young, not corrupt, or different from past politicians are no longer enough. What 240 million Nigerians want is clear, focused, and sustained action.
The message from 240 million Nigerians is simple address the root causes of insecurity. Invest in farming and agriculture. Work closely with governors across the 36 states and the 774 local government areas. Create real jobs now 2026 not in 2027 for the 240 million of Nigerian youths and graduates who need opportunities. Stop the blame game, stop wasting public funds on campaigns and media appearances, and focus on the safety and prosperity of the nation.
If leaders are not serious about protecting Nigerian lives and building a secure future now 5/17/2026, then they should step aside respectfully rather than continue making promises that do not lead to results. This is a humble request
Nigerians deserve leadership that listens, acts, and prioritizes their well-being now 5/17/2026 not in 2027
Faithfully,
Concerned 240 million Nigerians suffering in poverty & darkness
