📅 On World Hypertension Day (17 May), the message is simple:

~Check your blood pressure regularly.* It could save your life.

Simple habits can make a big difference:

🥗 Eat healthier foods with less salt
🚶 Stay active
🚭 Avoid tobacco
🍷 Reduce alcohol intake
💊 Take medicines as prescribed

📌 Treatment works — but only if hypertension is detected early and managed consistently.

We all have a role to play in defeating the silent killer together.

~Ensure you Know your blood pressure level ❗️❗️❗️
