Transparency — being open about decisions, motives, and outcomes

Responsibility — accepting the consequences of actions

Answerability — explaining decisions to 240 million Nigerians affected

Corrective action — fixing mistakes instead of covering them up for decades cuz of a corrupt system no country is perfect Nigerian leaders can do better

Without these, leadership becomes noise, ego, or tyranny.
