Imo Police Commissioner disbanding Tiger unit due to their being accused of doings against human rights and replace them with VCRU. Question: what will the VCRU do differently?

Oyo State kidnap of school children by unknown gunmen in Ogbomosho and the shooting of a teacher is sad. While we speak up let's PRAY more for our Nation. These evil must end and we can make it so in the place of Prayer.
