Respectfully the real challenge before Nigeria for decades. Nigeria must rebuild the bridge between education, industry, and economic opportunity. The youths who will thrive are those who combine theory with practice, master technology, understand business realities, and continuously reinvent themselves.

But the system must also change.
A nation of 240 million Nigerians cannot grow on certificates alone — it must grow on production, skills, and value creation.
