🦔 IDW is celebrating Sonic’s 35th anniversary with a new Classic Sonic special.

Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Knuckles will head to Angel Island for a new 48-page adventure, launching July 8.

A deluxe edition featuring interviews and concept art is currently set to release on 15 December 2026.

"In this throwback story, Sonic and friends must work with Mighty, Ray, and other Classic characters to save the planet from an overpowered Metal Sonic! It's all the fun of early Sonic in a graphic novel!"
