Seize houses, land, bank accounts, companies—home and abroad.

Make it hurt to steal

No plea bargains for big thieves:
Long jail terms, full asset forfeiture.

Ban from public office and contracts for life.

Recovered money should be ring-fenced—put in a Power Recovery Fund used only for grid, metering, and generation, not general government spending.
