The Federal Government banned honorary degree holders from using the “Dr” title, citing widespread abuse, bastardization& politicization. The new policy restricts honorary degrees to four categories and requires universities to clearly indicate their honorary nature on certificates. So now we can easily differentiate between ‘Beaty’ and ‘Beatrice’???
