Award-winning Nigerian filmmaker, producer, and media entrepreneur Femi Odugbemi is now a juror for the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards. The ceremony is scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026.

“Delighted to have joined this year’s international Emmy awards competition as a juror. Always inspiring to engage with powerful storytelling on television from across the world. Always an honour to contribute to celebrating the very best of our global creative community.” he said.

Odugbemi has extensive experience as juror. He has served multiple times as the Head Judge for the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (#AMVCA) including the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth editions.
