Your Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Opposition parties, independent candidates, Courts & Judiciary. 240 million Nigerians are
writing to express a concern shared by many Nigerians who believe deeply in the rule of law and the future of our nation. No country is perfect, but strong nations are built on systems that work for all citizens, not only the elites, rich and the powerful. When institutions fail to hold leaders accountable, public trust erodes and corruption grows.

Many Nigerians feel that when our courts and judiciary appear too weak or compromised to prosecute powerful individuals, it sends a dangerous message that some people are above the law. This perception undermines the credibility of our democracy and the sacrifices of citizens who continue to hope for a fair and just society.

Around the world, including in the United States and other 195 countries, systems exist to ensure that corruption and financial crimes are prosecuted without fear or favor. Nigeria deserves the same standard. 240 million Nigerians demand to see a justice system that protects them, not one that shields the wealthy, the elite, or political actors.

Your leadership offers an opportunity to strengthen institutions, reinforce accountability, and demonstrate that no individual—regardless of status, wealth, or political affiliation—is beyond the reach of the law. Nigerians want a nation where justice is real, where corruption is confronted, and where leaders lead by example.

We hope your administration will continue to prioritize reforms that restore confidence in the judiciary, empower anti-corruption agencies, and ensure that the rule of law applies equally to all 240 million Nigerians

Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
