I Will Appeal ADA's Suit Against INEC on Party Registration - Ardo

The Federal High Court dismissed our case on the basis of a preliminary objection raised by the two parties that joined the suit. The court stated that we ought to have come through an originating summons instead of an originating summons. We are waiting for the CTC, so we will likely appeal. I want to finish what I started, even if it means going to the Supreme Court.
