Throwback to those golden, carefree days.
This picture always takes me back. April 2016 in Awka, Nigeria. Life was simple, the sun was hot, and we were just living in the moment.

I still remember that afternoon like yesterday — standing there in my white tee, cap in hand, with her arm comfortably around my shoulder.
She was rocking those fresh braids and that striped dress, barefoot on the grass, looking beautiful as always. I had my hand on my chest mid-laugh because she had just cracked one of her sharp jokes.

In the background, my neighbor couldn’t resist photobombing in his bright green shirt, trying to steal the spotlight as usual.
No phones out for clout, no stress — just pure vibes, genuine smiles, and that warm breeze.
Those were the days. I miss this kind of uncomplicated happiness. Real ones know.
