WAEC And NECO Are The Main Exams That Determine Admission — Bazza

If you look at the admission through Jamb, the minimum score mostly for college of education and polytechnic is 100 which is 25% of the total score which is a fail. Even the 150 cutoff mark for universities is a fail. 150/400 is 35% which is still a fail.
